How does this work?
At checkout please ensure you leave your epic name and we will add you and deliver the items. If you forget to do this then contact us - or we will contact you with the information you provide at checkout.
How can we be contacted?
We have live chat and email options in the bottom right corner of the page.
Is everything available?
Yes, we have a huge stock and would never list something that we do not have available.
Can I request certain materials or guns?
Yes, feel free to contact us using the methods listed below and we will try and get what you need.
How quick is delivery?
We are available to deliver item's 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We aim to deliver all orders within 5 minutes of purchase. This can be slightly longer during peak hours.
Returns
We only offer refunds on unfulfilled orders, any items that have been delivered we are unable to offer a refund. We will also refund all orders where we are unable to contact you and obtain an epic name.
Once your order has been delivered you cannot return the items for refund or exchange.
